Mr. Abraham C. Linco, MA RPsy RPm CLDP is a registered Psychologist, registered Psychometrician, a Certified Learning and Development Professional and an HR Practitioner. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management at the University of Santo Tomas Manila. He was also an awardee of MEMCOM Citizen 2019. At present, he is a Senior Human Resource Analyst at POWER SECTOR ASSETS LIABILITIES AND MANAGEMENT CORPORATION where he personally contributed on the revision of psychological test batteries and individual test profiles. Mr. Abraham is a member of Psychological Association of the Philippines since 2016.
Currently, he works as one of the Associate Consultants of GLB Management Consultancy whose focused is on designing mental health programs and facilitation of employee relations programs.

Mr. Mon Argel “Mon” Gualvez is a multi-awarded Broadcast Journalist with ten (10) years experience on mainstream media. He started as a Junior Reporter at TV5 Network, Inc. a few years back. He was awarded as the “2017 Most Trusted Media Personality Excellence Award” by Indieng-Indie Short Film Festival; “2016 KBP Golden Dove Award – Best Field Reporter” by the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP); “2016 Natatanging Mamamahayag na Tagataguyod ng Broadcast Arts” by Bahay Kubo ng Sining (BaKuSi) Foundation Inc.
He finished his Bachelor of Arts major in Communication Arts (magna cum laude) at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila. He has also been awarded a Quezon Leadership Award as well as a Benavides Award for Civic Achievement.
Ms. Ma. Manilyn L. Tilde is a dedicated educator and consultant with over 16 years of experience in the field of education. She has completed the academic requirements of a Master of Arts in Teaching English from Our Lady of Fatima University, an International Diploma in Instructional Leadership from Crown University International Chartered Inc. in India, and a Certificate in Teaching from Philippine Normal University. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Her diverse academic background has equipped her with a broad perspective on teaching and learning, which she applies to her work in both local and international settings.
In her current role, Ms. Tilde serves as the GAD Focal Person at Rosa L. Susano-Nova Elementary School in Quezon City, as well as an Officer in the Values Education Department. She is also a dynamic radio host for the segment “OH MY GAD!” on DWDD AFP Radio Station. Beyond her teaching and media roles, Ms. Tilde shares her expertise as a trainer at Great Learnings and Beyond Management Consultancy. Her commitment to enhancing educational practices and leadership development is evident in her work, making her a respected figure in the educational community.

DR. REYNALD RYAN D. BARRION, FPM, CHRP®, CTRP™

Dr. Ryan Barrion is a seasoned Human Resources Organization Development Leader, Strategic HROD Lecturer, and Co-Founder & Vice President, HR Consulting Division and Admin Operations of Great Learnings and Beyond (GLB) Management Consultancy. An accredited Fellow in People Management (FPM) by the Philippine Society of Fellows in People Management (PSOF) of People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), he has almost 30 years of progressive leadership experience in all facets of human resources and development gained through his work experience across various industries. He is a Commissioned Officer with the rank of Major in the Reserve Command, Philippine Army and a part-time faculty member of Colegio de San Juan de Letran Manila. He has already facilitated programs on management development, customer service, trainer development, business writing, personal effectiveness, effective negotiation, sales and marketing, problem-solving & decision-making, human resources, and organization development, among others.
He completed his PhD in Applied Cosmic Anthropology (with highest distinction) at the Asian Social Institute and earned both his Master in Business Administration (2008) and AB Philosophy (1996) degrees from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila. He was bestowed by his alma mater the Distinguished Thomasian Alumni Award in 2022 and the Benavides Award for Civic Achievement in 1995. He has also won 2nd Place, Essay in English at the Gawad USTetika (UST Literary Awards) in 1995.
He was recently recognized by Gawad Dangal Filipino Awards as “Outstanding People Manager of the Year (2022)”. In 2019, he was awarded 'Philippine Empowered Man' (with special citation as One of the Most Trusted HR Consultants in the Philippines) by BEST Magazine.
He is a Certified Human Resource Professional® (CHRP) awarded by the International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM) UK and a Certified Total Rewards Professional™ (CTRP) from the ASEAN Total Rewards Institute™, Singapore. Likewise, he is a Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) certified Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Safety Officer 2. He also holds a Diplomate in Strategic Human Resources Management and Development from the Ateneo de Manila University. A staunch advocate of lifelong learning, he has also pursued further special studies and finished several post baccalaureate programs such as Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from the University of the Philippines School of Labor and Industrial Relations (UP SOLAIR); Strategic HR Transformation and Organization Development from Penn State University, USA; Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) from DP World Institute and Lee Hecht Harrison, Australia; and Training Development and Management from De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde where he was awarded a Plaque of Excellence for academic achievement.
Aside from his work, he is also actively involved in professional, civic, and religious organizations. He is a member of the Bishops’-Businessmen’s Conference for Human Development (BBC) Diocese of Novaliches Chapter; People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP); and Parish Pastoral Council of the Santuario di San Paolo, Casa Milan, Quezon City where he is also a Lector and Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion (EHMC). He has been an advocate of people development over the years and has provided the highest standards of training & development as well as human resources services to his internal and external customers. Together with Dr. Giselle Barrion, he has co-founded the non-profit group “Lapis at Kwaderno Para sa Kabataan” to motivate children - especially the less fortunate – to never stop believing to achieve their dreams for God’s glory. He is also Co-Founder of Global Organization Development Network, a digital learning community.
He is the editor of Dr. Giselle Barrion’s book “You Can Do It! The 6 Keys to Personal Development (A Guidebook for People at Work) - published by Central Books – which has become one of the company’s best-selling self-help books for 2018.

Ms. Kathleen “Kat” Sta. Maria has more than 15 years experience in Strategic HR and HR Operations gained from various industries such as Distribution, I.T. & System Integration, FMCG, Advertising and among others. She finished her B.S. Psychology and M.S. Industrial Relations Major in Human Resource Management in St. Paul University Quezon City and U.P. Diliman respectively. She also took further studies in Human Capital Management at the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde (SPACE). She also took further studies in Organizational Development at the Ateneo de Manila CORD.
Some of her qualities include the following - strong meeting, planning and facilitation skills; ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels; and, build positive workplace relationship based on trust and support.

Dr. Giselle Legaspi-Barrion is a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Development and Planning, and an internationally Certified Management Consultant® by CMC Global (ICMCI). She is a seasoned organization development consultant, resource speaker, and corporate trainer. She is the Managing Director and Chief Organization Development Consultant of Great Learnings & Beyond (GLB) Management Consultancy, a faculty member at the University of Santo Tomas - College of Commerce and Business Administration and at the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI) Graduate School of Organization Development.
Her more than two decades of experience is a fusion of both employment and consulting work for different industries such as telecommunications, real estate, hotel, insurance, freight services, NGO, automation services, academe, ICT, pharmaceutical, airline, among others. Some of the consulting projects she handled include: Strategic Planning, Management and Organization Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Managing Change, Leadership Development, Personal Development, Culture Building, Team Building, Customer Service Excellence, Effective Negotiation, Assertive Communication Skills, Effective Business Writing, among others.
In terms of academics, she finished her PhD in Organizational Development and Planning at the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI) School of Organization Development. She completed her Master in Business Administration degree (Cum Laude) from the UST Graduate School.
Dr. Barrion is the first Philippine representative to win Mrs. Tourism Universe in 2019 (major winner). She is a media resource person having frequented in a number of TV and radio shows as a subject matter expert on people and organization development topics such as in CNN Philippines, DZMM Teleradyo, Radyo Singko, TV 5, One PH, Radyo Veritas, PTV, DWBL, DWDD, DYME, Euro TV, Net 25, among others.
Recently, she was appointed as the Chairman of the Organization Development Committee of the Philippine Army Reserve Command Multi-Sector Advisory Board (ARESCOM MSAB) and a member of the Professional Development Committee of Certified Management Consultants Global.
She was recently recognized by Gawad Dangal Filipino Awards as “Most Outstanding HR & OD Consultant of the Year (2022)” and SDP IAWA (India) as ‘Iconic International Woman of 2021’ in recognition of her outstanding performance in all her endeavors. In 2019, she was awarded as 'Distinguished Thomasian Alumna' by the University of Santo Tomas, and 'Philippine Empowered Woman' (with special citation as Outstanding Corporate Training & Org Development Consultant in the Philippines) by BEST Magazine. She was also included in 'Marketing in Asia's ‘70 Rising Filipino Personalities that should be followed on LinkedIn in 2020’.
She released a book in 2018 entitled, "You Can Do It! The 6 Keys to Personal Development (A Guidebook for People at Work) published & distributed by Central Books. In this book, she discussed about the value of an inward to outward approach on personal development which includes confidence building and professional grooming.
Doc Gee is also the founder of CARA Leadership® a leadership style evolving out of love expressed through giving without expecting anything back. As part of her other CSR initiatives, she founded 'Lapis at Kwaderno Para Sa Kabataan' to provide school supplies and catechism for the less privileged children across the country, the online community ‘Global Organization Development Network’ and the care group “Lead with Love”.
