Mr. Abraham C. Linco, MA RPsy RPm CLDP is a registered Psychologist, registered Psychometrician, a Certified Learning and Development Professional and an HR Practitioner. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management at the University of Santo Tomas Manila. He was also an awardee of MEMCOM Citizen 2019. At present, he is a Senior Human Resource Analyst at POWER SECTOR ASSETS LIABILITIES AND MANAGEMENT CORPORATION where he personally contributed on the revision of psychological test batteries and individual test profiles. Mr. Abraham is a member of Psychological Association of the Philippines since 2016.
Currently, he works as one of the Associate Consultants of GLB Management Consultancy whose focused is on designing mental health programs and facilitation of employee relations programs.

Mr. Mon Argel “Mon” Gualvez is a multi-awarded Broadcast Journalist with ten (10) years experience on mainstream media. He started as a Junior Reporter at TV5 Network, Inc. a few years back. He was awarded as the “2017 Most Trusted Media Personality Excellence Award” by Indieng-Indie Short Film Festival; “2016 KBP Golden Dove Award – Best Field Reporter” by the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP); “2016 Natatanging Mamamahayag na Tagataguyod ng Broadcast Arts” by Bahay Kubo ng Sining (BaKuSi) Foundation Inc.
He finished his Bachelor of Arts major in Communication Arts (magna cum laude) at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila. He has also been awarded a Quezon Leadership Award as well as a Benavides Award for Civic Achievement.
Ms. Ma. Manilyn L. Tilde is a dedicated educator and consultant with over 16 years of experience in the field of education. She has completed the academic requirements of a Master of Arts in Teaching English from Our Lady of Fatima University, an International Diploma in Instructional Leadership from Crown University International Chartered Inc. in India, and a Certificate in Teaching from Philippine Normal University. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Her diverse academic background has equipped her with a broad perspective on teaching and learning, which she applies to her work in both local and international settings.
In her current role, Ms. Tilde serves as the GAD Focal Person at Rosa L. Susano-Nova Elementary School in Quezon City, as well as an Officer in the Values Education Department. She is also a dynamic radio host for the segment “OH MY GAD!” on DWDD AFP Radio Station. Beyond her teaching and media roles, Ms. Tilde shares her expertise as a trainer at Great Learnings and Beyond Management Consultancy. Her commitment to enhancing educational practices and leadership development is evident in her work, making her a respected figure in the educational community.
Dr. Ryan Barrion is a seasoned Human Resources Organization Development Leader, Strategic HROD Lecturer, and Co-Founder & Vice President, HR Consulting Division and Admin Operations of Great Learnings and Beyond (GLB) Management Consultancy. An accredited Fellow in People Management (FPM) by the Philippine Society of Fellows in People Management (PSOF) of People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), he has almost 30 years of progressive leadership experience in all facets of human resources and development gained through his work experience across various industries. He is a Commissioned Officer with the rank of Major in the Reserve Command, Philippine Army and a part-time faculty member of Colegio de San Juan de Letran Manila. He has already facilitated programs on management development, customer service, trainer development, business writing, personal effectiveness, effective negotiation, sales and marketing, problem-solving & decision-making, human resources, and organization development, among others.
He completed his PhD in Applied Cosmic Anthropology (with highest distinction) at the Asian Social Institute and earned both his Master in Business Administration (2008) and AB Philosophy (1996) degrees from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila. Ms. Kathleen “Kat” Sta. Maria has more than 15 years experience in Strategic HR and HR Operations gained from various industries such as Distribution, I.T. & System Integration, FMCG, Advertising and among others. She finished her B.S. Psychology and M.S. Industrial Relations Major in Human Resource Management in St. Paul University Quezon City and U.P. Diliman respectively. She also took further studies in Human Capital Management at the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde (SPACE).
